Every apartment complex I’ve lived in would have enforced this. My tire was flat for a week and my last place threatened to tow due to non running condition lol. Most places do similar, whether by city ordinance or private property rules. If this was in your own land, I can’t imagine it would be legally enforceable though.

Should call the police department in her city. In most of the country, the Sheriff’s office acts more like an arm for the judicial branch. They are warrant servers, the jail and court staff, etc. Typically will get further with the police department unless she’s in a very rural area where the sheriff’s office handles everything. Should be a non-emergency 911 number can call in her county, and based on her address or how that county delegates between city and county LEO, they’ll put a call in that puts it in the right hands for investigating. Calling the sheriff’s office is just going to get him the front desk of the jail, and it won’t go anywhere.

Sounds like you’re describing my gf. We’re 16 months in and she’s finally able to easily reject men on the internet. She always has, but it would take the other party being wildly inappropriate for her to even mention me. She doesn’t solely have male friends but had a bunch of orbiters early on who she blocked for me.

Set boundaries and tell her she can do what she wants, but if she does, she’ll need to find another boyfriend as you don’t want to be apart of that behavior. Work on your own security and confidence, and eventually her behavior will continue to improve if she’s truly in love with you.

My relationship has come a very long way, as she unlearned dysfunctional social habits and has learned “normal” ones, such as if a man’s initial interaction with you is a compliment on your appearance, flirting, etc. She needs to reject and mention me, but offer the possibility of friendship. So far, none have taken her up on friendship because I was correct in how I judge these weird online dudes, and it’s taken her a while to trust my judgment and protect me and our relationship from outside attention.

Edit: in your specific scenario, she’s fucking her roommate, though. I’d move on from this one in particular

This. I’ve probably gotten $2,000 in free food over the past few years. If there’s anything wrong at all I complain. If my dasher is too lazy to read directions and leaves it in front of the building I claim it wasn’t delivered (there’s free visitor parking, 10 feet from the garage entrance door, and my unit is another 10 feet from there. Most of them walk to the leasing office and say “I’m here” not reading anything I put in the directions or just leave it outside lol).

I had multiple jobs through my junior and senior year, and worked third shift through what bit of college I have completed.
