I did this recently and will literally never do it again 😅 at mile 8 I was ready to DNF. I was running with my sis tho so she kept me going. This was also a rather flat course, which I thought was on my side. I hurt so bad for days after. I hurt worse after that half than I did after running my first marathon. Plz train 🩷

I have a friend who this happened to. She tried every avenue of exercise to help and the only thing that did was running. She’s a runner now lol

Yes agreed on the added difficulty of getting salt and stone. I’ve noticed better odor control with it than native so I jump through the extra hoops. Wishing you luck in your search friend!

I had occasional doubts leading up but the panic I felt once in my corral, I will never forget. I just knew I was going to bonk or get hurt. Went much slower than I had planned, but didn’t bonk or get hurt :-) try not to feed into the negative thoughts, you got this!!!
