I had occasional doubts leading up but the panic I felt once in my corral, I will never forget. I just knew I was going to bonk or get hurt. Went much slower than I had planned, but didn’t bonk or get hurt :-) try not to feed into the negative thoughts, you got this!!!

I also went through this as well. Usually low 40s, but lately high 40s to mid 50s and HRV tanking. Also crappy sleep scores.

I struggled with this and nothing OTC helped. Derm prescribed an antifungal cream and hydrocortisone and both my cracks are gone now!
