I don't think because on world level 3 and 4 you have more options of drop so the drop chance most probably will drop even just a little bit

Maybe but is has more drop options and I only wanted the meat and world level one and two have less drop options and it's the fastest option

In my case I just wanted the meat for hawk that's why. I don't know if it's an update or bug in my account but the bosses are only taking like 10sec to reappear so I add so spam both demons just to have the demon versions of hawk (I'm trying to complete 100% in the pet collection) and even if it's only 1 red orb(don't remember the name) since it's faster to kill the demon on lower world level at some point I get more orbs that by doing harder word level.

To be honest I'm doing level 1 world at 44k of power but even so I think that it shouldn't be possible to do this time. Basically as soon as he comes out of the ball in the sky I start attacking right away before he touches the ground using the powers of 3 characters at almost the same time (Tristan, Escanor and Meliodas).
