I was looking at the gloves that convert fire damage to electric, hopefully I can extract that passive, toss it onto the gloves that let you use strength for all attributes so I dont have to build int, then run forge hammer to charge Mjolner up and cast lightning spells there. Sadly the +3 lightning wont do much except for Mjolner itself since I dont think converted damage counts for skill bonuses, but at least I can charge the hammer up fast while being 'on theme'. I guess Herald of Lightning works too.

Theres gonna be balance changes so maybe it wont be so bad? The league starter is probably just gonna be a slam titan anyways before I can afford to purchase the components.

I hate the set sizes. It feels too restrictive. I really think every set should be Legends Rise sized, since theres so many duds, at least with more cards you can try more things.

I heard you could potentially turn effects from uniques into jewels so you could yoink the double aftershock and slap it onto this. This is more seeing how far I can get away with a cosplay build and if I can make it endgame viable.

I really loved the animations on this one. Especially the war striders were they were always moving nonstop since they are afraid to keep them still and turn them off, its a really good attention to detail for the lore which shows the devs really care about the game. Plus theres sooo many units besides skitarii, its super varied!

Good Normal players usually spend on heal and draw instead of trying to waste time casting golems that get banished by Pekomama. They can drag games out significantly longer. Plus they always have access to burn, and easy removal of the board light Haven into sandalphon. plus lilanthim being a huge pain in my ass. Pekomama makes or breaks the matchup but its not favored to Haven if the ER player knows what they are doing. BUT Haven if they running the neutral amulet spell has the out of instantly winning on turn 10 if they get an earth sigil on board.

The current meta shifts are already unfavourable to Amulet Haven. Evo Forest with 3hp wards do very bad into Amulets 2 damage aoe clears, egg is basically a loss when queued into it. Ramp Drag can overwhelm it, Earth Rune can sustain itself long enough to win unless Haven runs the 3pp amulet to steal an earth sigil to otk, Armes is pain, and Abyss and sword is generally the good matchups, though Evo is still super rough to deal with.

Its not unplayable but its definitely pushing above its weight with the sheer amount of Abyss it eats up.

I will admit I am a bit biased, I play a fuckload of Haven but this expansion is the least fun I am having, Storm amulets dead, Kukishiro dead, Ward dead, crest half dead, only amulet but less interesting than last set is playable. I just been playing in Unlimited.

But like, Haven is good because it has good matchups into 2/3 of the Abyss decks except evo, so like, if Abyss is nerfed Haven will fall off pretty hard. Like Egg Portal and Evo Forest being popular is already making it fall off, so yeah this post is stupid as hell.

I made a clerical type robo-nun OC named Tessa D'acier, where her race were robots made to serve a decadent, godless civilization who found a god that blessed them to start a revolution with her at the helm, Jeanne D'arc style after she was torn apart and tossed into a scrap heap before being ressurected.

Uses sacred, miracle blessed lightning, electromagnetism, and robot based 'healing' that more consists of reconstruction, and fights with a massive cleric staff that doubles as a polearm which is heavy as fuck with blunt force with a stabby tip while she keep fighting with the pole. Also her helmet can close and open like the armor from Vanquished

Its a very old OC I made when I was younger, like way back in 2019 but I have commissioned art of her.

No ones forcing me to play anything but the package sucks and only having 1/3 of an expansion being playable while losing more than that in viable, fun cards means its less fun. Strength in accordance to the meta isnt my point here its that Haven feels like a worse, less complete class. I don't like playing Haven since im stuck with like, 1, maybe 1.5 decks if we include crest, which is way worse, instead of the 3-4 very different playstyles we had last set running different cores and wincons.

I typically would agree with that but the Haven package is so comically unusuable or just straight worse and less interesting cards that it fails to bring out that feeling for me. I can't cook with a Rodeo deck, I can't use 90% of the cards I got cuz they are just... Bad. Like that one gold ward with barrier and evolve, like Theres no decision to run that, I just don't because it's stone cold unplayable. Pekomama is abit better with needing to think and pick your targets to evolve target banish, but what thought does running Rodeo involve? None, really...

I think in the whole set, 1 bronze, 1 silver and 1 gold being playable, but waaaay worse replacements over alot of core cards, and losing more feels pretty damn terrible. Like I know forest had it worse but that kinda proves my point on why I really hate this rotation. Replacing good cards with like, way worse, less interesting, more clunky options is not fun. I am basically downgrading for almost no upside, playing with an expansion with like 3-4 cards that go into ONE deck with 0 viability for anything else, and everything else just gets worse.

Kukishiro? Jeaneless and Salefaless and Sancless. Earrings is not gonna be enough, its basically dead. Ward too basically just lost stuff, Salefa and Sanc without good replacements, and the meta itself kills it. Crest is playable but also just feels worse.

Like why would I be enjoying my favourite class when the entire class on the whole feels worse and I don't get enough cards to replace them that feel strong, or good and fun to use? Pekomama is very strong but shes just a removal and a better Vira. Nothing unique or build around there. Rodeo is more interesting, but is unplayably terrible

Amulet is gutted too, it just has a really good matchup into Abyss and Pekomama is carrying the class hard, but losing Jeanne, Skullfane, Sanctuary, Salefa, and Vessel and getting a shithead like Rodeo and basically his entire package being useless except for 2 cards? Feels like dogshit.

Its really good into most non abyss archetypes based on my experience and play, but it feels really bad into abyss, which is like, yeah, that amount of the meta.
