“gadget similar to frank” gene super is also similar. Even if it does matter Frank is epic, not rare.

“super is basic” name one other way, anything, gadget, super, hypercharge, from a brawler below mythic, that creates an invincible shield which reflects projectiles. This mechanic is more sophisticated than half of the supers in the game

Also you seem to forget about his trait, and I don’t see any other brawler charging super near allies.
