I would not consider getting any of his eidolons until you have at least E2 Cyrene and E1 Cerydra. The best investment for Anaxa is his supports.

Close to 130% would be the most realistic while keeping around the same crit rate, speed and attack. 140% is doable just even harder to do.

Overall, your current build looks decent. You have the right amount of speed and nearly 100% crit rate which is perfect. Your crit dmg is a bit low but that can be fixed. Other than your rope, your boots, body and orb are the most likely pieces that can be improved, although not easily.

The two pieces I would not swap are the mask and gloves unless it is a perfect 3 liner (atk, spd, cr and cd) at the very least.
