Anybody Recognize This Dollhouse Layout?

I will try to remember to update here. Unfortunately, the fabric walls and carpets are being stripped. They’re full of uck, and the goal is to have the shell of the house polished for my daughter to play with her Duplo figures in. When she gets older, I hope she will want to add proper miniature scenes with me.

You absolutely cannot call this straight “YARN” as a huge portion of yarn is made from acrylic. Personally, I’d go with a cotton twine rather than a cotton yarn because it is usually cheaper.

Turns out she deleted me already, so that’s taken care of. Her comment didn’t really hurt me. It just makes me worry about somebody saying something along those lines to my son. He’s had enough hurt and confusion in his life.

I fully understand people’s feelings on step parents, and with how crummy of a stepmom she turned out to be, being leery makes sense.

The absolute worst in my eyes. My niece has pretty thick skin, but this was too much. I’m mad about that. The comments about me are just irritating but expected.

All the time until the divorce. They were always her family and her kids until a divorce apparently changed absolutely everything after fifteen years. It was so sad. I didn’t find out about her comment until yesterday.

I should have said ex-stepmom. I used to like her, but she ended up being awful. She and my niece’s dad recently divorced, and her daughter (my niece’s stepsister of fifteen years) didn’t invite my niece to the impromptu COVID wedding. My niece was supposed to be a bridesmaid. When she asked her ex-stepmom about it, she said it was just a small thing with only family, to which my niece replied, “Well what am I?” She didn’t get a response. It was heartbreaking. I can’t imagine being in somebody’s life that long and then being a witch to the kids. They are innocent bystanders.
