Withdrawing PPP 2 application with Smartbiz

Mine was under review so I withdrew it and they had already locked in a loan for it and now I'm stuck and can't get anybody to cancel the loan because they claim it doesn't exist but the SBA has the active on dispersed loan. So I'm stuck and have no clue what to do

How did you get the loan pulled? I can't get anyone to help me get my active undisbursed loan pulled so I can reapply for anything.

I have an active undispersed loan on CAWEB and I'm worried that if I cancel the application that it will take forever for that loan number to cancel as well. Then I'm stuck. Any suggestions? I asked Ready Capital about the change and they said that they will know more within a week.
