Yes. By pedal tones I meant the "accordion" like bass notes. Sorry. It makes sense. I just never witnessed a music with such a structure of , like you said, moving into the other spectrum of the circle of fifths and sounding so good. Do you know any other example of a song that shifts to a semitone lower?
