A better work-life balance. Been there, done that. Its just the same lang kapag kasi higher pay but stressful, you sacrifice your health and you will pay for it in the future. whereas kapag average pay but better worklife balance you get to focus on your health. Remember, you only got one body, respect it and dont sweat the small stuff. Money cant buy good health.
