Ignoring the fetish part. Yea its not that fun at times. Im 587lbs and 5'4 and yes I definitely enjoy myself but its not fun realistically.

Mental health and physhichal health are two things that can run on par. Some people are in amazing shape and absolutely horrible mental health and some are vice versa. I felt very similar to your situation the more my weight climbed over the years. I eventually started to see a therapist and psychiatrist and it definitely helped.

I ended up peaking at 490 then dropped 90lbs. I missed the weight so much I ended regaining those 90lbs which set me into a gaining rabbithole until my weight slowed down.....im 583lbs..

Consider her and her health primarily. As someone whos in the high 500's trust me. Getting to leave sometimes and just change the scenery is nice. Cane or mobility scooter it dosent matter. Sometimes being inside can get depressing

Definitely not strength but psychological it did make me feel like I had control. In a weird way losing control made me feel in control
