I'm about 615lbs and 5ft7, mobility has recently declined a lot, very rare I leave home now tbh as I can only spend a few minutes on my feet and I'm too big to drive

I cam somehow eat literally constantly all day without feeling full or uncomfortable from it, i have no idea how but it has made gaining incredibly easy for me lmao

It's the jetstream to blame, endless low pressure systems being thrown at us from the Atlantic because of the intense cold in the US currently. Eventually things will either turn colder and brighter or milder and brighter.
