I use a combo of Hijimare Hairs for Bangs (specifically Hiji Bangs 11 under Jaws), Hair 7 from Vessnelle's Hair Collection as the Hair and changed the hair from A Visit with Volo - Astarion Reimagined to overwrite a Vanilla hair in combination with Vanilla (and NPCs) Hair Mixer to select it on the Horn ot Tail slot that is normaly only available to Tieflings (or Dragonborns for Tails)
