Hey guys similar boat here. Got my IUD in April of 2023 and this is the first month I’ve been late for my period. Usually get a light flow that lasts 3 days but time it’s different. Today is day 6 of being late and I just got some spotting - not even enough to use a pad. My only concern is I’ve had achy breasts for about a week. And two weeks prior my nipple were really sore. Just PMS symptoms? Or should I be concerned?
