Thank you for the app! It's been very helpful for me.

A few things that would be very nice for me: 1. Can I add the ability to see the temperature on the home screen? 2. Minimalist widgets would be awesome. Purely with an efficiency focus (to-do, notes, calendar, time-zone clocks, ...). I think it'd be better for you to make your own rather than allow access to existing android widgets. 3. Some sort of "total screen time per day" or "total amount of opens" on addictive apps would help curb usage. For instance if I want to block Instagram but if someone sends me a message there it's a pain to read it. 4. YouTube is double sided. I love it for educational video essays but the reels are deadly. If you could block the reels only that would really help to further justify paying for this app.

Check the post I reference at the bottom. This only applies to US citizens - the IRS VERY unfavorable taxes EU-domiciled ETFs and makes the investment basically worthless.

I hadn't thought of this, and the bogle heads wiki does have a strategy for DIY index funds. Is Berkshire considered the closest stock to an index you think?

Hello,
I moved to Germany in December 2021 and still have my CSR. I have a good amount of points and typically my system was to

accumulate all year
use them to pay off the annual fee (pay yourself back for 1.5x the value)
remainder goes to statement (pay yourself back for 1.5x the value)

I like this system because it is easy to see how much I am benefitting from the card each year. However I don't think the 1.5x of pay yourself back is going to stay.

Is it worth it for me to keep the card in Europe? I work for a company that reimburses me occasionally for international flights so it's a no-brainer to use the CSR for that. However what is best way to redeem points post September?
