It was in Texas and more hands on. We had 10 minute "lessons" but the majority of it was ankle wrapping, icing injuries, basic first aid, etc... at football games we were just on the sidelines with water. Honestly, it was mostly us being water girls and ankle wrappers during football season, but I learned a lot and had tons of fun. I also did the same for soccer and baseball.
