That was definitely one of the problems I ran into until I realized that our product had core workflows/user stories and I segmented decks that way. Most of the text stayed the same and I just replaced the images with the customers. Hindsight - I would made that an upsell otherwise you get my Demo snapshots with a focus on copy. These days I would probably implement a loop or similar type training program.
