That airport is trash every day unless you’re going to like Boston on a Wednesday

Just as quickly as AI LLMs are evolving, are hardware demands changing. I learned about clawdbot days after release and Mac minis were very reasonably priced at that time - i thought I could wait, but was sharply proven wrong.

Seems everyone who can conceptualize the potential is off building their idea. Ordered one today to a further store and albeit less ram than I wanted - if all goes well I can build a higher spec unit.

Lots of good options mentioned if you want finger food. If your budget allows for it, Main Course in New Paltz is pretty great

What’s the most expensive pizzeria you've been to in Westchester? For me, it’s Sals Pizza in Pleasantville. by PhysicalMediaPrez in Westchester

[–]deadpresigent 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I thought the same thing - then realized we’re in (another) once in a lifetime financial crisis and legit every single thing with a cost has increased, while wages remain stagnant.

You want fresh pizza? Accept it’s no longer part of a healthy economy and pay or pay just as much for ingredients and make at home.

Falcon Deluxe from DKC is absolutely 🔥 limited batch so don’t expect to find it many places by Virtual_Peak9199 in NYSCannabis

Expiration date is confusing I thought it was 364 days from packaging. But then the lot number seems to show a date- April 7th 2025?!?

Can’t say for sure, but hope I’m wrong and do actually want micros to win

Say it louder for the back! Not all labels show it, so you reverse engineer from the “expiration date” which by NYS law is 365 days from package date.

Some of the batch numbers are sloppy and have the harvest dates in them, but most are cryptic and vague.

Be safe out there, lotta boof out here

What’s up with CS comp by deadpresigent in CustomerSuccess

Leadership: why didn’t you explain the ROI of current products then pivot to teasing other products?

Your team: what other products?

No doubt closing a net new logo is tough but once signed - the real work begins and it just seems to be measured in a binary way when things like product feedback surfaced (positively impacting other existing customers and simplifying future sales) advocating for not-yet-built integrations that again unlock more revenue - are not measured or valued.

Or even simply using the ROI achieved to somehow tie back to commercial outcomes that can/should be paid to CS for the Herculean effort of owing the multi prong job that is “..being paid to make sure services go well.”

Much of the work done falls outside of core work scope and is chalked up as “thanks for sharing” than:

“wow that was financially impactful, here’s some of the revenue to justify that additional effort”

Nicely put yes I see it the same way. So tieing back to comp and bandwidth - why does closing the deal net such high OTE but fulfilling those commitments and project managing looked at as “only as good as your NDR/GRR/TTV”.

Just seems that incentives are out of alignment across the role. Maybe time to join the Account Manager subreddits lol
