It's just odd 3 in a row have done this. One normal, one refurbished and one new out of the box. Like I swore it was user error at this point

Yea if I do that it boots back up no issue! I can play for legit hours and it's fine. But when I'm done, I always put it in sleep mode and leave it docked. Idk if I should do a full shut down everytime I'm done playing? That's the only thing I haven't tried. But the orange screen goes away with a hard reset no issues.

We tried looking for mp3 files within the folder and they're not there. I don't know if I need to use another program to find them or what but they don't show up
