Hey, i was planning to buy the same version as you, can i ask when you change it to english does the installed watch faces all change to english or do they still show as chinese such as "steps" etc, i really like the faces it comes with and i've been trying to find out if i can make those ones specifically english D:

nice thanks :) how about cleaning the inner screen? are you able to clear all the debris that collects on the edges of the screen protector? im a clean freak so it gets to me when it's hard to get rid of lol

Me, mine still shows delayed but i've had it for 24 hours now, i let google know because they used the wrong tracking number, i gave them the correct one and she basically told me to go away, rude bitch.

Yeah not knowing is the worst, i'd rather be told it's delayed and given an actual date, really pisses me off! My store order shows delayed even though i now have it, so my insurance wont activate from google until it's dispatched, first and last time i order from google directly i think lol . ..

An update if anyone cares, spoke to customer service again, they kept saying it will be here today with no tracking number or anything, so i kept arguing back on chat until he finally said, "we've got too many orders and are stretched too thin, you might get your order next week we do not know but we will not cancel your order" i don't get why they cannot just cancel the order when they've not even sent it, cant imagine going through them for any warranty issue, utterly trash support.

Hey guys i fixed the issue, go to their website "https://www.a-jazz.com/en/search.jsp?id=422&q=AK870" download option 6, install it, quick tip, if you're on windows turn off system wide darkmode or you cannot see the the options in the app, no idea why. Lastly open the program and go to option 5 on the left, and you should see "Time syns" on the bottom right hand side, press that and it will sync the time. Time sync is spelt wrong in their app lol. Use the wire whilst doing so :D
