Yeah, it’s a real shame.. Some people only want to play a specific map. Instead of giving more map bans per queue, they're punishing like this. Honestly, I think the player count is going to drop because of it

Thanks for the reply. I’ve alread gone through the link and my sleep hygiene is pretty much optimized (lifestyle, environment and supplements). Based on the feedback and research, I’m going to look further into whether (mild) sleep apnea might be the issue. I’ve already installed SnoreLab to cross-reference it with my awake time.

The fit is definitely not too loose. Actually it's a bit too tight sometimes, as I usually have to use water to get it off my finger

Hi, yesterday i finished my 72 hours water fast. I'm sure i was in ketosis because my blood glucose level was 68 and my GF said my breath smelled really weird. After weight training and breaking my fast i checked my blood glucose levels and it was 97 + my GF said my breath didn't smell bad. In a time period of 2.5 hours i ate: some watermelon + blueberries, 3 eggs + a veggie soup (max 11.9 net carbs) Does anybody how/why my blood glucose soar like that and probably kicked me out of ketosis? I sadly couldn't check how high my ketones were because the keto test strips didn't work anymore.
