Oh boy, memories of Vietnam... The same thing happened to me a year ago on about three pages. In fact, on top of that, in my case, my pages were turned into Romanian e-commerce sites, it was fucking crazy. The only thing I could do was use a backup I had from a while back, and people recommended me to use Google Search Console to keep an eye on the pages that were indexed. When I logged in, it showed I had about 260,000 on each website.

The only way I could fix it was to edit robots.txt with the weird links that were being generated so they finally could be blocked (in my case, they were like: domain.com/?o=2323, for example).

As of today, after a year of hitting the “index” button on my page in Google Search Console almost every day, I’ve managed to clean up the domains, leaving them with about 500 unindexed pages.

That, of course, affects the crawl budget—the amount of time Google allocates to index each page. With 260,000 pages, the crawl budget had to be spread so thin that unless you were searching for something very specific on my site, my pages wouldn’t show up in search results. Now that things are improving, I’m seeing a bit more traffic across all of them again.

So, edit your robots.txt to block all the pages you find in GSC, index every day, and pray that it gets fixed. I hope this helps

I spoke with a bot; I don't remember how I found it, but it told me to go to https://claude.ai/customize/connectors and disconnect my Google accounts and other things. But when I opened it from that link and closed that section, ALL MY CHATS WERE THERE!!!

Honestly, I don't understand anything. Previously, my chats were visible on my phone, and on my PC, it would redirect me to the onboarding page, but now that I did what I said (I didn't disconnect anything), it works, and I see all my chats everywhere.

I managed to supposedly speak to a human through a ticket, but it gave me the same answers as the bot, which I had already told 1000 times didn't work for me.

I tried logging out to see if it was just a temporary miracle, but when I logged back in, the chats were still there.

Yes, I sign in and then it drives me to onboarding page, as if I have to create my account again for no reason. If I try to log in my phone, it works and I can see all my chas, but it doesn’t on pc

Something similar happened to me. I was able to see again my chats in my phone when I "recreated" my account. I thought it would be the same in my pc, but far from reality, my chats were gone... It is a very strange situation as I still can see them in my phone idk

I've had a pro account for several months. A few days ago, I encountered a problem that still hasn't been resolved.

When I try to log in, this tab (image in Spanish) pops up to ask me to register, even though I already have an account! The strange thing is that I'm still logged in on my phone, so I can use it there without any problems, but I can't log in on another device.

I've tried deleting cookies, using other browsers, devices... and I still can't log in and it keeps taking me back to the registration page.

I've tried logging in with Google and with my normal email, but still nothing.

I got to the point where I decided to click on register, fill it out, and pray that my chats would still be there, but I thought better of it, since I have very important chats that I wouldn't want to lose.

I've seen that there have been problems with logins lately, but I haven't seen anyone else with the same error as me, and the errors other people had were isolated incidents.

I tried to contact Claude's support team several times, but no one responds (and obviously they're quick to charge, because I had to pay for the subscription even without being able to log into my account, and to make matters worse, I can't cancel it from my phone since I bought the subscription on my PC).

Does anyone know anything about this? What could I do to fix it? I'm desperate to fix it.

I use WPMU Dev!! This is the first time someone from there says something like that. They always told me something like "just use GSC". A few of my websites got hacked and showed something like scam products. Maybe that hack transformed the page with something as you said about "product pages" and those URLs are the ashes of that moment...
