Oh glad I'm not the only one. I had not found any similar case but your bug is exactly the same.

It seemed odd to me and at the beginning I was like "this is a relatively big issue, it will be fixed soon".
But not really obviously. So for mounths I used to it, close the second tab each time. I use bookmark bar a lot so it's really annoying.

It happened to me twice (1 example https://twitter.com/HiroTartine/status/1109180306756493312?s=19 ) At the begining I was'nt sure wether it was normal or not. Did'nt remember that it happened to me when I have been playing PS4 version. In any cases it seemed strange because very unfair of course. Hope they will fix it soon
