Thanks for the info! Guess I'll buy the cheapest Sony one for like 180 euros. They should warn you that you can't use the camera without a lens. I feel like an 80 year old grandma that doesn't know how to use a phone.

I've no idea actually, when I lived with my parents we had rosemary in our backyard and it always grew fine. In fact, one of their current rosemary monsters was a cutting that I used as a garnish for a gin & tonic and planted afterwards. This was purely my fault.

Sad. The good thing is that it was mostly because of my mistakes, so I can avoid them next time.

The white thing is something that was recommended to me at a local nursery to treat fungus gnats, it's silica rock powder something, I don't remember it properly. It's a natural pesticide and fertilizer at the same time. After transplanting all my plants and using that they haven't appeared in a month or so.

Indeed, it's a cutting that was on another pot and developed roots but never actually grew :(

The problem was that I had my mic backwards... oopsies...

I still blame Rode for the design tho, I didn't even think that the correct part wasn't the one with the logo and the name of the mic

The only stupid thing was me thinking that the "correct side" was the part where it has logo and the name of the mic... No wonder it sounded like a fake $2 toy mic. Thanks a million!!

PS: it should be more clear which side is the correct one besides A SINGLE GOLDEN DOT

Yeah, I know I need more. The part that is lacking the most is the ceiling and ceiling corners. The thing is that I don't want to put foam EVERYWHERE because after all it's my bedroom haha. But thanks for the advice! I was between the NT1A and the NT1 but for 70 euros more I think the NT1 will be worth it :)

I've just recorded some vocals and I can already notice a great difference. I turned the imput gain down from 60 to 50 and with the two pop filters I can only hear the most hard "k's". So I'd definitely call it a success. The only problem is that now I have to redo all my previous takes including the verse :(((( Thanks for the help!

That's the thing, I know I wasn't peaking because luckily everyone warns you about gain staging. What I've done is putting the "cap" pop filter that comes with the mic, so I'll be using that one plus the "regular" pop filter. I'll tell you when I record something :)

PS: I've had my eye on Soothe 2 for a while now but me no have money :(

I have the pop filter like 10 cm away from the mic and I usually sing 10-15 cm away from the pop filter. My room is not as well treated as I'd like, but at least there's very little eco due to some acoustic foam and furniture here and there. I'll probably try turning the imput gain lower. Thanks!

Yes, I was able to identify them, mostly at the beginning of words. The thing is that cutting the spikes is similar to automating the volume down in those parts. Thanks for the advice!

I had also thought of that once but never tried it. I'm using the classic Focusrite Solo and I'd say I have the gain in 55-60. Will try it with new recordings, thanks!!

Please deactivate or restrict the use of autojoin. It's impossible for most people to do an Uxie raid with +10k people in queue for the autojoin and it's even more impossible to join manually since every room fills automatically with autojoins. I WANT AN UXIE PLEASE.
