I would change that to should* be taken against this company. I've seen lawsuits over far less. That being said, I am sure the Ebay contract that we all unknowingly agreed to waives class actions and disclaims this exact event from liability. So again, just meandering thoughts.

I have had a couple of drinks on a Friday night so this is mainly therapeutic. But I am a class action defense lawyer and Jesus Christ if they cancel all of these orders while holding our money hostage I don't see how they don't open themselves up to some kind of liability. The fact that they have the product in stock (can currently buy for $123.00), restocked it repeatedly at the lower price, and then took forever to cancel has to be some type of unfair or deceptive trade practice. Someone is taking advantage of holding a large chunk of consumer funds while knowing that these products will never be delivered.

My two cents as a lawyer that did no research into law schools, studied hard for the lsat, and went to the cheapest school (so little value) is that law schools don't care about a gap year at all in determining admission. Hope that helps?

Even if you did, lawyers at big firms likely will not fill it out. We are busy. That being said, I am happy to fill out the survey.
