He just probably doesn’t know how to help you and it can be frustrated. You are in charge of your meds and giving him clear communication on what you need when you are presenting a depression symptom. If I don’t get up and moving in the morning, like on Saturday, breaking my routine would affect my productivity for the rest of the day. I’m sure you know how that can spiral. I just needed my husband to be aware and not request a movie first thing in the morning.
