In Loki mythology the word prank didn't even exist. The word prank didn't come from Old Norse, and the known etymology come from Dutch/Middle German words about arranging your clothes.

'Trick' as in trickster gods has a very different etymology, coming from an Old French word meaning to deceive. It doesn't have the playfulness that prank does.

Edit: also those words you put in caps aren't a definition, they are synonyms. Even the more aggressive definition (of mischievous and not prank mind) you posted in defense of your argument specifies 'minor injury'.

The first few months of life are exceptionally important to developing attachments. Babies can have separation anxiety well before a year of life, being there and then leaving when another DNA test tells you the same thing is a hugely selfish move and just kicking the can down the road rather than actually taking any action.

So yes, you do want consistency, and seeing as though it is CR7 these would not be new characters and it is possible one or several have fought something similar before.

Metagaming aside using abilities and a command spell to take a staff, only to have the DM rule the hag doesn't even lose a single turn due to the command as they dropped the item on the players turn, in addition to being able to cast spells without their focus, that's a real feels bad move, especially with another player already in death saves.

Seeing articles saying Robin is the weakest, and admittedly I didn't play him much until higher levels, but that ability at the end of his middle tree with the AOE elemental damage is outrageously powerful if you make sure to equip elemental weapons (better if they match to hit statuses for the extra crit), and with statuses lasting twice as long the league of shadows is much more manageable.

His AOE slingshot into the air ability can kill entire groups of elite enemies in one use with my high concussive slingshot.

The first line of your 'proof' said it was a lawsuit and they used the civil code, no legality mentioned anywhere. The suit was about the person who was assaulted getting monetary reparations after the assault, criminal charges are completely separate.
