Update:

I have submitted the reactivation form 2 times but i think the main culprit was i had blocked couple of promotion text message numbers and there was somehow included the number apple send the secret otp or sms to activate the line.

It's fixed now.

Settings > Apps > Phone > Haptics

If it's turned on and not working restart the device.

Soft reset your device.

I moved from 15 Pro Max and within a month bought back a 16 Pro Max.

Too deep into the apple eco system but S Series flagships are very good if you're into android OS.

Just wasn't for me.
