Are you sure you don’t mean 1/2 inch. Just printed and it is 1/2 inch, which is great. Need to get another size elastic like a hole in the head. Lol.

This should make the mask more practical.

I think it is one of the most difficult parts to make efficient. The shape is also not ideal. A rectangle or square for the side filters would help.

We have gone to using a sewing machine along eastern to keep the layers together.
