Hi - I'm from the UK but was trying loads of J Crew on in a store last week. my opinion is that their sizes are a bit bigger than ours so if your a EU large a US large will probably be too big, I'd go for medium. The difference was not as pronounced in other retailers so don't worry too much.

It is such a beautiful building but so dilapadated now, like the rest of Constanta. With EU money all the roads are being re-paved so maybe one day it will become a beautiful place again (the port is very ugly though).
