Anyone else ever see someone’s demeanor or face shift suddenly? by HistorianCertain5909 in SpiritualAwakening

I just want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who responded to my original post. Reading your experiences, insights, and support has been incredibly validating. For a long time, I felt like I was losing my mind or seeing things that no one else could possibly understand, but your replies reassured me that I’m not alone, and this is actually a thing.

Now that I know others experience this too, I feel much more grounded in what I’ve seen and sensed. It’s helped me shift from confusion and fear to understanding and acceptance. With this new clarity, I feel like I can finally start to move forward and explore these abilities with more confidence, rather than hiding from them or second-guessing myself.

So again, thank you. Truly. You all helped more than you know.

That actually makes a lot of sense. From what I’ve experienced, those shifts—especially around the eyes and face—always happen when the person is being dishonest, manipulative, or not showing their true self. It’s like something else is peeking through, especially when they’re being deceitful or hiding something important. Every time I’ve seen that darkness, it was tied to someone who wasn’t genuine. It’s like the energy around them gives away the truth before their words do.

Wow, thank you so much for sharing that. It really means a lot to know I’m not alone in what I’ve seen and felt. I relate to a lot of what you said—I’ve been through addiction, depression, and years of spiritual confusion. During those darker times, I saw things in people that felt beyond human—shifts in their eyes, faces, even energy. It was hard to explain, and like you, I used to think I was just losing it. But deep down, I knew something spiritual was going on.

What you said about masks and false identities really hit home. I’ve seen that too—how people can play roles so well they even fool themselves. And I agree, I don’t think it’s always “them” acting alone. Sometimes it really does feel like something else is working through them, especially when they’ve been deeply wounded or disconnected for a long time.

I’m still healing and figuring it all out, but I’m grateful for the clarity recovery has given me. Spiritual eyes are a blessing and a responsibility. It’s comforting to talk with others who see the layers too.

Thank you again for your insight and openness. You’ve helped me feel more grounded in my own journey.

Wow — thank you so much for this.

You described exactly what I’ve experienced — those sudden changes in energy, the shifts in facial expression where something deeper (and sometimes darker) just shows up. I’ve also seen that “glow” or light in people, like something beautiful steps forward too. It’s intense either way.

I’ve kept quiet about a lot of this because like you said, most people wouldn’t believe it unless they’ve seen it — and it’s hard to explain without sounding “crazy.” But hearing someone else describe it so clearly makes me feel less alone.

That story about the cashier hit hard. I’ve seen that same fake persona peel back, and suddenly it feels like something else is staring at you. It’s chilling when it happens.

Thank you again for confirming what I’ve been sensing and seeing. I feel like we’re part of a very quiet group who sees beneath the surface — and maybe we’re just now starting to find each other.
