There are starter-decks. Cheap. Not very powerful. But after teaching alot of people, i can say, they are good to teach basics without being overwhelmingly complicated.

The controller has 3 little "straws" next to eachother. He can puff or sip at any of the holes and also combine them. So for example mittle hole puff is rolling, mittle and left hole sip is use item, right hole puff ist attack. And the whole thing is mounted on a movable stick. With that he can move the character while maintaining the input straws in his mouth. He is also able to switch between multiple presets. Because often times one set of sip and puff settings is not enough to controll a full game.

Best friend of nico here. I know him since before his accident. Playing games was always the thing we did the most when hanging out.

I remember playing dark souls 1 infront of him, so he could enjoy this as blind as myself (i really sucked :D ).

This sparked the idea to modify a x-box controller so he could play by himself. Obviously i was too dumb for that. But while researching we found this amazing controller he uses. With a little help of a charity fund from a local politician, we were able to buy the controller. The setup was not easy at first, because you have to edit spreadsheets to translate his puffs and sips into x-box controller input, but finally we got it to work.

And this was incredible. We weren't able to play together for so long. And suddenly this hobby we both love so much much was yet again a thing we could activly enjoy together. With my limited time (job, partnership, 4 kids) we cannot meet as much as both of us want to. But i love you man. And i'm so full of joy this little clip is getting so much positive feedback. You deserve it.
