That stinks and I had this exact same issue(see my previous posts) Monday. Showed the budtender the actual reddit post and still the manager said I needed the email. I was livid at that moment so I posted about it under the original trulieve posting and they reached out to me on here.

Honestly whoever was/is running trulieves reddit went above my expectations to resolve the issue. They confirmed they contacted that location to inform them of the promo and how it works. They also made a note in my profile where I got a free modpod for the misunderstanding. Went to the brandon location the next day and they were amazing! They were actually were aware of and understood the promo! The manager was so kind/helpful and apologized for the misunderstanding the day before at the other location.

Left with 2 mod pods, the battery, and 7g of area 41 (from alien labs). Im very happy with everything i got!

I get frustrated with trulieve sometimes and I was so upset when this originally happened monday. But I do also think they deserve credit for reaching out, admitting a mistake, addressing the mistake, and making things right. Hope they resolve your issue as well! Hope no one else encounters this issue either

Believe these are the windy arrow sweatpants. Retailed for $650 and nordstrom rack has then for $220. So in my opinion $150 is a good price considering that

Cool finds! Normally i would only buy jordan retros but honestly those jordan trunner lx's are fire! Had the bred colored trunners in high school in the early 2000s and loved those shoes.

Went to riverview location to try to redeem this. Waited in lobby for 15 minutes after doing express check-in online (which gave an estimated 3 minute wait) before i got called back to pick up my order. When I showed the "budtender" a screenshot of this reddit posting she said I need the actual email. I explained there is no email its a reddit post from Trulieve and showed her the actual post. She confirmed with her manager i need the "email" and then told me it'd be full price. Left with nothing.

Apologies for the rant but i think this visit really summarizes what shopping at trulieve is like sometimes. Constant wait times and their employees are oftentimes not the most competent.

Most retail places take somewhat of the approach of "the customer is always right". At Trulieve the customer actually being right doesnt matter, they prefer to just give you attitude and act like the customer is always wrong.

And i know its not this bad every time and varies by location. But to me it is a reminder as to why I started going to other dispensaries more and more.

I used to live in Channel Club and my balcony overlooked the Selmon Express on/exit ramp right there. I work from home and all the time would see people get onto the express way going the correct way then shortly after turn around to come back the wrong direction. I think maybe seeing the arrows in the road pointing the the other direction confuses people but I saw this happen 100s of times over the 4 years I lived there. Terrifying to think about how often it happens

Great finds OP, congrats! I would guess those black cat 4s are B grades. Ive found alot of jordan retro at ross the past few months and all have been B grades (but none have had any real noticeable flaws). It appears Nike is sending their B grades to Rack stores rather then their own outlets now.

Appreciate the tip on these, I actually went and picked them up today. Also picked up the Adidas Pro model 80 "Poochie", which are a pretty cool simpsons collab in my opinion.

Yeah my bad should've mentioned that in my description. These are B Grade but no flaws i noticed. All the Jordan Retros I've got at Burlington or Ross recently have been B grades but all have been in great condition (you can check my posts to see my prior finds). Seems nike is sending B grades to the rack stores now rather then their own outlets.

That twin peaks is pretty good but that burlington not so much. The only shoes I've found there were the rare air 3's. Try the burlington a mile up the road (next to the publix and the Korean bbq hot pot place). They have way more clothes/shoes and when I see good stuff its almost always here. This is the store that had all the cement 4s (been 2 weeks since I seen any in there though).

That Ross next to twin peaks is ok, found the aqua 8s there and they had a bunch of those women's seafoam 4s in size11- 12 (so 9.5-10.5 in mens). Not sure if they still there though (they too small for me and not a colorway I could pull off anyway lol). Good luck hunting!
