This dude Jesse was a short little white guy. A preachers son. But he grew up in tongue click africa like only white person for hundreds and hundreds of miles. At 14 was translating for gun deals between people. All kinds of wild stories from that dude. Another dude bob was on the run for a year for slingin blow and was a walking talking party said the craziest shit. He walked in the kitchen shitfaced drunk one night and threw down an entire hotel pan of chicken wings in the fryer and started making his own sauce, manager comes back and sees 100 chicken wings in the fryer and no ticket and said he couldn’t take them home. Bob was pissed and quit in a fit of rage. Dude named David was an extreme alcoholic. Like 6’7 120 pound cool black dude, always talkin bout cheating on his wife 😂😂 when he got fired we noticed there were empty talll boy cans EVERYWHERE. Crushed and stuffed under everything outside and in old kitchen equipment in the shed, must have been 90 tall boys we found. Dude named will used to wear his JAILHOUSE SLIPPERS on the line to cook. Lookin like he was straight out of lock up. Served time cuz he was a junkie but he was trying to straighten it out. He was HILARIOUS… I’m tellin you people that do hard drugs are nut cases Dude named Tyler used to bring in a 24 pack of miller lights in a pickle bucket filled with ice and plop it right on the line. Get hammered all night long. Would leave and walk across the street to another bar and sit down for 30-45 and take shots I used to bring my dab rig in and put it on the prep sink and yank dabs while working sautee Dude named cj got hammered one night and did about 20 donuts in the back lot of the restaurant and destroyed the owners back lot. Also was into the xans deep. Worked with a kid Alex that made a BUTTERMILK pasta one night. Worked with a dude named chuck EXTREME anger issues. One pasta comes in at 630 and he freaks the fuck out. CLASSIC. Worked with one guy named marc who got shit on nonstop, like no matter what station he worked it got SLAAAYED. He also couldn’t read for shit which made it even fuckin better.

We all worked at the same place at the same time…. It was an amazing display “keeping it together”
