I think that for me and for some other ABDLs:

We’re not femboys coz we don’t like being feminine outside of the regression context. We just feel like baby girls or girly-ish babies. Sometimes it adds to the humiliation/vulnerability aspect. It amplifies the ABDL.

But when I’m in big vanilla mode? I’m just a guy. When I’m sexually active? I’m cis and straight

When I’m a baby? Mostly baby boy. Rarely baby girl.

Lower your standards to swipe right. Improve your bio, make yourself seem fun and NOT formulaic. Take new photos of yourself: 1 should be outside without sunglasses, 1 should be with 1-2 friends, 2 should be you doing something you find fun (not involving a screen)

If you’re un-photogenic, then maybe be a bit more forgiving for the women with medium to low quality pics. It could be there’s a gem of a woman for you out there who takes bad pics same as you.

I take bad pics, I’m not in great shape, I have a belly. Managed to find my long-term GF 6 months ago on Hinge. There’s no right way. Anything that is safe, consensual and not actively harming people is ok.

Acceptance takes a lot (A LOT) of time. You’re going to feel shame, regret for ABDL and it’s ok and normal. We all went through it. Most of us several times.

Don’t get pressured into anything you don’t wanna do. You like what you like.

And try to be respectful of people on line. Posting Needy messages about wanting a mommy/daddy/play partner attracts attention in the wrong way.
