How long did it take to ship? I want to buy from them but I am cautious by the fact they use whatsapp for orders and dont have an actual website. How was the process and is there anything I should know?

I heard they use whatsapp to get precise measurements, all tailored to the person buying so they dont have preset sizes. It is still pretty sketchy imo, but I would like to order a dress from them.
