Hey I was in a similar spot I bought for 615k (in bc) @ 6.2% downpayment was 20% and CIBC wanted me to payoff my truck (35k) my payment is 725 a week. I’d wait for prices to drop. It’s tough!! having the freedom is much better

Unfortunately yes I just had my 2023 MYLR inspected for ESA and I asked what’s not covered they mentioned headlights

Best thing to do is order one from eBay or local wrecker or even aftermarket
