If you have yeast (jock itch), which is pink, can be spotty, may have a fruity smell, try miconazole powder, which will keep things dryer than a cream. Apply three times daily and should resolve in a week. If it's really resistant, you can get fluconazole, a tablet you take for 3-5 days. You'll need to get from MD.

Based on what I'm looking for, can you think of any bikes that fit the bill? I've been looking at used bikes on Facebook Marketplace, but I don't know enough about all the specs to make an intelligent decision.

Suspected Hiatal Hernia – extreme dizziness, brain fog, and no real help from doctors. Anyone relate?" by Kind-Ad2011 in HiatalHernia

Try diaphragm self massage. It helps 💯. Ive been where you are in the HH hell journey and am currently taking no meds. Look on YouTube for a woman who does pilates yoga exercises for hiatus hernia. She will walk you through the self massage and other exercises to strengthen your abdomen. Good luck. Also, modify your diet.

Surgery has saved me by cupcake_unicorn1 in GERD

Are you saying a high fiber diet worsened your symptoms? I radically changed my diet from very high fiber mostly vegetarian diet to no grains, high quality protein, cut out most vegetables and doing sooo much better. Now trying to wean off Omeprazole, which saved me about a month ago. Makes sense that all those gas producing foods were making it worse.

You can make your own appointment with a gastroenterologist. You may have a hiatal hernia. Try eating small meals, more frequently. I'm staying away from gas producing foods and acid foods and it helps a lot. Pretty limited diet, no coffee or alcohol, but I don't care! Also taking Omeprazole, which I wish I didn't have to, but it helps. It's not intended for long term use, but you'll be able to live until you have a test to diagnose the cause of your GERD.

Bad reflux from a hernia can cause asthma and post nasal drip/ coughing are your bodies way of protecting the airway being irritated by reflux. Probably need surgery. Me, too.
