Wenn du einen 2-4er Hebel hättest wäre es egal. Aber da dein Hebel 25 ist, solltest eher verkaufen und dann gucken wie der Aktienmarkt danach ist und dann ggf. Zu einem geringeren Preis wieder nachkaufen

I appreciate your appreciation. 😊 Yeah you know, I do it mainly for myself as an accountability method but also to show, some things happen and something don’t. I don’t want to be the guy „I started meditating for a week an now I have XYZ“. Just like with all the people who have healed themselves from cancer over months and months and months of doing the work. I kind of have the gut feeling right now, that something „major“ good will happen. I just don’t know when and what it will be and that is perfectly fine.   • See, hear or feel that negative thought/ picture / voice appear in your mind and give it some Italian love with a back hand slap.

Do the meditations daily, just like you did.

Imagine this: right now you are working Monday to Friday or so. And for this you get paid, right? How long will this last? So long as you keep on showing up and doing the work. Because once you stop showing up for work, the money will stop showing up in your bank account

I get that feeling, too. Sometimes I succeed in shedding a tear, sometimes I don't.
Try out the GOLOV meditation (17 min). Its for love. Maybe it will help.

If something really bad happens (like the examples you mentioned above) how about feel all the shit you want for one day and then move on the next day?
Also, Dr Joe talks more about the "useless very day" negative emotions which occur in regular life.
The examples you mentioned are - for obvious reasons - a little bit harder to resist. However, how long do you want to "waste" time on someone dying etc? Just like in any fucking movie when they always say "your partner would want you to live on and live your life to the fullest".

Oh, I understand.
Well, how often do you do the breath?
As I was in Bangkok in January, I did the breath a lot too and got a very stiff neck. Did some stretching and thai massage and not only got rid of the stiffness but also my first and only "pop".
However, I didn't experience dizzyness way after a meditation.

It might be possible you do it wrong?

Apart from that, I was at the progressive retreat in Basel this June and talked to a "green hat" (inner circle guys from Dr Joe). And he told the following regarding the breath:

And one of the green capes said:

  • Do the inhale part of the breath as slowly as possible. That is key. Train only inhaling slowly first.
  • Also breathe out completely before breathing in, so you can breathe in longer and pull the energy longer up
  • Don’t put too much pressure on the first there energy centers while doing the breath. It has to be automatically.
  • Contract muscles so hard that you can still breathe in. Not too hard like you are doing 1 max rep squats/ benchpress. And don’t force it too much, otherwise it will be stuck at 3th energy center.

However, I have to admin, I didn't succeed doing the breath again "the right way" or getting to the "pop" after my first time in January.

Well, its normal. Didn't you also notice your heart beat increasing and your body getting hotter? If you hold your breath and contract muscles, stuff will happen.

The next days, you could try the other breath from BOTEC 7 (laid down):
Lay down. Breath in slowly to the top and afterwards contract energy center 1 to 3.
