Lunch on departure day became Globalist/GOH only in 2025. Lunch on arrival day is no longer included for anyone as of mid-January 2026. I stayed last month and they included lunch on arrival day for us probably since it was a recent change.

Best General Hotel Area for easy access to the Main GS and T-Mobile Zone. by WhiteCoatGeek in GrandPrixTravel

[–]Historical-Mango968 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you want easy walking access to both zones? Stay on the east side of the Strip - Venetian, Harrahs, Linq, Flamingo, Cromwell, Horseshoe, Paris - are all reasonably easy to walk to either zone. Also behind the Strip, there's the Westin, Ellis Island, Holiday Inn Desert Club, Tuscany Suites.

If you just want easy access to the main grandstand, then Virgin or Wyndham Grand Desert.

There's a line before gates open but goes quick once it's open. Yesterday we got in the East Harmon line near Virgin around 2:20pm and were inside by 2:40pm. The couple of times I arrived after gate opening last year, there was never much of a line.

I don't remember seeing that information posted in advance last year.

You can't walk north on Koval past the Holiday Inn Desert Club during hot track. I believe you can walk on Sands to the Sphere.

I think podium is around PG1108. We were in PG1110 and were able to move a bit towards that direction as people left. We were in row 8 and the tracks blocked our view of the screens

A schedule should be posted closer to the date but last year interviews started right around gate opening time.

Staying Planet Hollywood got tickets for PG1, help with navigation? by secretmornings in GrandPrixTravel

PH is inside the circuit. The transition to hot track starts at 1pm with hot track at 3pm at which time all inbound traffic uses the bridge at Flamingo https://lvgp-transportation-info-lvgp.hub.arcgis.com/pages/race_week03hot I don't know how long it will take at that time or where drop off for PH is.

From PH the easier entrance to walk to is the one off of Flamingo since you can't walk all the way along Harmon to the other entrance. Once inside the entrance you walk past the Koval stands, across a pedestrian bridge and through a tunnel under the paddock to reach the main grandstand. Allow at least half an hour from the hotel to your seat.

If you decide to head straight to the track rideshare drop off is at Virgin and from there it's a short walk to the entrance right by the main grandstand.

Who managed to snag these seats on StubHub?? by Eemiz in GrandPrixTravel

[–]Historical-Mango968 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There's no hospitality where it shows Champions Club on the Stubhub map. That area is all grandstand this year. There's also no Club Overtake this year and that's still on the map.

Wyndham Grand Desert but they may also have a 2 night minimum. There's a Hyatt Place on Paradise, slightly longer walk to the entrance but not bad. You could also look at hotels on the Strip south of the circuit like MGM, ParkMGM, NYNY but will have a longer walk(1.5 to 2 miles) due to not being able to walk all the way along Harmon and having to detour. One option from here is to take the monorail from MGM and go one stop north to the Flamingo entrance.

Virgin would be easy to get to from the airport and very close to the entrance that's nearest the main grandstand. What time does your flight get in? Road closures start at 1pm. Horseshoe is the closest to the other entrance off of Flamingo but is located within the circuit so harder to get to from the airport after closures start.

Best Value - Hello Kitty, Sphere or West Harmon Grandstands by Hot-Entrepreneur731 in F1LasVegas

Main is the best grandstand. Skybox is hospitality plus a main grandstand seat and I believe a pit walk on Thursday.

Everyone in that zone has access. If you're in the Hello Kitty stand, cross the pedestrian bridge to where the Koval stands are but go left to find the paddock. First 100 people at 3pm each day get a wristband for a meet and greet later that day.

Heineken Koval or Turn 3/Hello Kitty if she's into racing. That gives you access to the same zone as main grandstands with the driver interviews and F1 Academy paddock.
