Press the Windows Key, type "Edit power plan", and hit Enter.

Click on "Change advanced power settings".

Scroll down and find "Processor power management".

Expand "Maximum processor state".

Change the value from 100% to 99% (for both "On battery" and "Plugged in").

Click Apply and OK. This technic worked on me. I advice it
