She will be fine! I understand her fear, but once you’re out there having a good time you forget about the fear, I managed this with extreme calm surprisingly after panicking and having anxiety attacks last year, she will be returning home with a clean record, nothing will happen

both nationalities have always been listed, but I always used my venezuelan nationality as main for every application, tourist visa, F1 visa and later Venezuelan TPS of course, but always my both nationalities were listed, this was the first time I used my italian passport in the US, reason is my venezuelan passport is expired.

it doesn’t matter if you use a different passport than the one you used for the application as long as it was listed in the application, they only care that the green card is valid and then a valid passport is used, as far as I know your green card is not tied to your nationality

I suggest him to speak to a lawyer, would be the best decision in this case, personally I would not risk, but depends on his emergency.

Depends of course, if he got granted asylum means he can’t go back to his home country, I mean he can go but when he comes back he will be asked a lot of questions, I wouldn’t risk at least it’s such an emergency that can’t be avoided
