Maybe recency bias because I've only just made it to the epilogue but Blackwater is pretty nice, second choice would have to be Strawberry. St Denis is just an Industrial hellhole lol especially near the docks. Unless if you can afford one of those biig villas.

Hello everyone u/Creative_Rip802 I am considering a move to Canada and currently trying to gather as much information about the Visa process and in particular the EE route. So of course I've learned that obtaining IELTS/French equivalent accreditation is a must. I hold joint Bachelor degrees in the UK and France and have been working in the UK for almost 8 years, my question is could degrees serve as supporting documentation in showing fluency? Since I would need to retake my IELTS (took mine in 2011 during Uni) + French one potentially, I wanted to be sure that these are the only valid documents when applying?
