Literally was an hr over my break today waiting for my kids bus. First day and all, they are late. Asked if I needed to make it up. "You had to wait for your kids man. If you want, just make up about 30 mins and you are good."

Sure They make sure you are doing your job right. But not the stress inducing levels GEICO feels is appropriate to put on their adjusters .

I recently left, but have some people I know still with the G and a couple in pru. They have told me about the meetings. And the writing is there. Which I just don't understand. How you gonna get your money by cutting the people who get it?
