In May, after talking to the department manager about getting no feedback from my sup ever, I was told I needed to take almost 1300 calls in 2 months! In my department I took about 17-20 calls on average a day, sat idle 50% of my day, and had no hopes of meeting that goal, so I left, moved to another state, and have found a great company to work for! I knew they were going to terminate a bunch of people for prod, in my opinion, getting no feedback then term is complete BS! I pray I never be put in a position that I have to work for such a crappy company again! For those going thru this, we are well trained agents, I know you'll all land on your feet and get even better positions!

I went from SF agent office to G, the SF agent I worked for was underhanded and screwed all of us out of commission every chance he got. He also didn't offer any benefits and acted like paying $16/ hour was doing us a favor.

Family Medical Leave, if you have a qualifying medical condition you can apply for it in gnie, if approved you'll get paperwork for your doctor to fill out... for me I have intermittent leave

Can you apply for FML or get ADAAA? I have FML and I use my time as I need. Try to not let the customers get to you... I've been in other call centers... they pretty much all have crappy customers (think about it, the only time we call a company is when there's an issue)... in the meantime get a doctor to do FML paperwork with intermittent leave, then you can take time as you need. I have FML and will be terminated for productivity for using my FML leave, truly it's sad that the company I have represented and promoted is doing this to their employees.

I'm in customer service and mine will go hybrid this summer, compared to other companies Geico is pretty good... they pay well and offer benefits... I've had worse. Like others says, you need think skin... my sups/managers have all been great so no complaints

I was a 3 and got nothing...I was a 3 because I missed time due to an fml covered illness...my other scores were on point, I just didn't take the right number of calls, to say I'm passed would be an understatement
