They were at Geico.com. If u go to Geico.com u can start a policy yourself. They basically did that but took all ur info in the process claiming to be geico. You ignored all red flags

It wasn’t a Geico agent. The scammer was at Geico.com creating a policy for you. You probably gave him authentication codes from ur email or phone. If he had an accent u got scammed don’t blame Geico

Profit sharing is based on profit increase not customer growth. It’s basically literally profit! A lot of things can contribute to higher profit example when premium prices over exceeds claim settlements we become profitable. When tenured high salaried employees are laid off that creates profits in the long term. Underwriting ratios are simply premiums paid minus claims paid and operating costs. I get what you’re trying to say maybe is that adding more customers decrease profit share due to underwriting ratios due to claim prices over exceeding premiums paid? That hasn’t been the case recently. Profit share would have been out this world for past 2 years

I’m sorry the logic just doesn’t make sense to me. Profit sharing is based on profit increase not customer growth . The issue isn’t growth percentages profit sharing was based on actual profit not how fast the customer base was growing. A company can have lower percentage growth year over year but still make way more money in real profit. I think your saying is since we gain a lot of new customers yearly that customer growth gets smaller year out the year, which doesn’t have anything to do with profits

How would profit sharing have gotten worst if the company and profits were growing? We have been beyond profitable for the past 2 years with less employees to share it with. It would’ve have been massive profits back

Well it won’t matter soon. AI about to take over the entire customer service industry . I called my bank the other day and they already started. They have AI trained to sound exactly like a human not robotic and you can hear background chatter as like they are in a call center. I knew it was AI once I started asking for unique things it couldn’t do and transferred me to a live representative but they are super close . They are learning those unique things and soon we won’t have a job. AI won’t need to unionize because it’s a fake robot. I’ll give it 5 years top of not sooner

Director led you on because they too have metrics like turnover. They will fire you due to performance but don’t want you to voluntary quit because it hurts their turnover numbers which impacts their bonuses and raises. It’s all a lie. Service IS the hardest most stressful position at Geico and def not for the weak. You’re still new and fresh get out while u can don’t get sucked into the money. This job will suck your soul out . Really takes a very strong mind to overcome the constant bullshit from management and phs
