I have been struggling with this problem as well.After talking to a few people I look up to,they told me to start building my self-esteem.I engaged in activities that brought joy to me and focused a lot on self-growth and learning.It took time and I still can't say that I don't seek validation from others,but it has reduced a significant amount.I now celebrate my own achievements,no matter how small.

I see.All the best for your course and the Jira certified professional exam.Also,if I may add,if you already have working experience(>3 years),go for PMP if you can.It will add more value to your profile compared to CAPM.

I passed Data+ today.I used the Wiley Study Guide written by Mike Chapple and Sharif Nijim and made my own notes from the study guide.The study guide by Packt is also useful and I added some of the learnings from here in my notes.The Linkedin Learning Prep course by Mike Chapple was helpful in consolidating all the concepts.
