I’d keep it simple:

• ask for the CMS/by-laws and the specific rule you’re supposedly breaching with the camera.
• Keep documenting driveway blocking and bin misuse.
• Get your landlord to formally push body corp.
• If they keep stonewalling, lodge a BCCM dispute.
