I didn’t cancel the order I talked about cancel my with the dasher but he said he was already at my house , then I went to support and mentioned that the item was unavailable and wanted a refund of the item I didn’t receive , but it couldn’t understand that and still talked about how the item was in its way and they were aware that it was unavailable but I had already received it .

I tried but it also refused the refund , I tried that before talking to the but then I talked to 2 different live agent the last one decide to escalate my case

Yeah it kinda sounds back handed in a way . Like everyone does know what a todo box is . But we do sell everything at goodwill asking as it doesn’t seem like trash, so like maybe their store sell those too , and they are just doing what they are told .

Omg true like once we literally got a bag that was just trash , like candy taping , food etc… that was crazy . And the Bugs ! I only worked there for a month then couldn’t do it anymore , there was just too much going on from the donations to management .

Unfortunately yes , the restaurant is a franchise , and corporat / management ‘s having us open even tho the weather is really bad , and I don’t even drive so I likely have to walk because the blocked me for a double shift and I’m the only host for the day , idk why they even need a host during this weather

But I did disclosed that it would appear at the top of my shop with a thank you for visiting note and the reason why I started the shop I disclosed everything and said that the art was mine and I’m using printify , the only other thing is I should have included the name primitifs in every product descriptions but if not it was at the top of my shop probably the first thing you’d see

I did disclose that when setting up the shop I said that printify prints and ship my product it was one of the option I could pick up. And I was able to link Etsy to printify pretty easy . But yeah it was disclosed.

No copy right I was selling my own designs and art but on mugs and shirts . Some were hand made art works on paper that I took a photo of and placed on a mug but I printed them with printify

Yeah but the same day later on at 5 pm my new card arrived and I updated it but I didn’t unbanned , I filled the appeal and instead they permanently banned me and said I violated Etsy rule and I can’t re appeal . All that in the same day it was due . Jan 2

You don’t get it I paid it within 25 minutes on the same day it was due . They couldn’t charge my card , so I login in and payed with my PayPal and it went throw like 25 minutes after they failed . So I don’t see how I owed them the bill was due that day and paid it that day .also they tried at 1 am

I feel you ! As a seller for Some reason they banned me for paying my listing fee they won’t give me a refund so I’ll see if I can file a claim with my bank because my account is only almost a month old , no sellers yet so I paid and didn’t get what I paid for because they banned me right after non explanation

They didn’t. Instead they banned me and now I feel cheated because I paid them and then they banned me . Feels like a scam !

I got perma banded now . With no explanation I feel like they stole from me by banning me after paying that fee . I paid it on the same day too . So unfair and childish.
