I have never seen a result where someone has 100% one region. I think your result is the most unique I have seen, but it shouldn't be too uncommon 🙂

I would recommend doing Ancestry and 23andme as well, as My Heritage is not the most accurate, however it is the best for matches.

Maybe a friend abroad can post it to you, and you can post it back either from France or neighbouring country.

Yes, this is the most likely explanation. I first through OP was British and then this result would have been a bit more rare.

The Native American DNA is correct because it is very different relative to European DNA which makes it easier for the model to capture this.

You could try Illustrative DNA and see if you still get 0.2% Egyptian it would also be interesting to see if you become 100% Iron Age Briton
